I prefer lard to most vegetable oils. I loved donuts cooked in lard. Those huge glazed ones, where the lard ran down your arm from them.

My mobile home was constructed in 1983. 14x60, with an addition in back. Two houses down sits one the same age. If you go online to check my neighborhood property values, I didn't see any for over ten or twelve thousand. But a lady on the other side of my next door neighbor sold out to a real estate company. They cleaned it up and did some remodel work. I was told they painted over rotten siding. The sign they put in front asks for $140,000 and $13,000 down.

The home includes the land. It's one of the better lots in here. It's an ideal location for the right person - New daycare almost built at the entry to the neighborhood on one side of the street - school on the other. - Dozens of new businesses all over the area close. But a 37 year old mobile home should actually be razed and something new moved in.

Yeah, I wouldn't want a house that's that old, unless I was just starting out.

I guess what I meant to ask was if the other pieces of land are only worth 10 or 12 thousand?

No house in the neighborhood is listed over 10 thousand and most are at eight.
