i would be happier if the federal government would actually do their job, so arizona didn't feel the need for this law

Joe Nation, Hawkeye, OmSigDavid and others here have already answered your question, so try paying attention. The 4th is no longer the issue - that's long settled. Neither is the Arizona law, unless the identical federal law is to be overturned - ain't gonna happen. The 14th Amendment is next:

Seeing as there are more than 300M Americans, you can not answer as an American, most of whom are probably apathetic.

I'll say the same thing about Mexico as I said about Hati....it is not our problem, we can not fix it, and we can only help if they get their **** together and decide to do the work. it was fun to blow their minds giving them some cash.

The difference bewteen charity and robbery is freedom of volition.

For a penalty, I recommend stripping, tarring and feathering followed by deportation.
Those who prefer to avoid being stripped, tarred & feathered shoud remain in Mexico.
This is to discourage the rampant recidivism with which we are confronted.

Yes, I understand that you regard killing others as a proper means of defense rather than a penalty. Unless my/your life is in imminent danger, I regard the killing of others as extreme.
