A discussion on the history of religion is directly valuable to atheists discussing their experiences and forecasting how in the future they may encounter new struggles. Certainly, the history of religion includes the persecution of "non-believers" which includes atheists.

If you find no value in that discussion, introduce something else to talk about and maybe others will engage you about that.

Theists are destroying the planet ? I thought it was the scientists and technology, promoted by Agnostics like you. As for destroying humanity, why havent they succeeded yet ?

yet all the wars are religious based

if Iran is building a Nuclear Bomb the reason they do despite all the worlds objections is

because the only truth to them is God

so they will tell you lies because to them , God , is the only truth that matters , and to them we are all disbelievers

maybe thats part of the reason why that Iranians rebelled

the poplulace of Iran are perhaps are better , not better , a good people , as opposed to those who represent them
