Ionus, or Anus, the "masses" didn't create religion. I guess if you're that stupid, it's hopeless to understand simple concepts.

Why do they put it into buildings? What's wrong with food, water, and other necessities of life?

Even when Catholics visit the Vatican, they ask "why?" That's probably too spacial for you to understand.

I am not a Christian. I was attracted to the title because of its stupidity. It is impossible to be an Atheist unless you can prove God does not exist. As it is impossible to prove a negative, Atheism can only exist in the minds of the stupid. What an intelligent person would say is that they are Agnostic.

Having joined, I have notbeen impressed by the snickering and inane comments by these self labelled "Atheists". It reminds me of nothing so much as fear and herd instinct.

Agnostics are chicken littles who can't make up their minds from what we have learned about most religions created by humans.

As in science, it's necessary to be able to observe something to prove it. If we can't observe it, there's nothing to say it exists.

Simple concept.

The tooth fairy is a man-made character. Are you an agnostic on tooth fairys too?

That's why i always call for the other members to ignore them.

In an odd sort of way, though, it mirrors the experience of the atheist. We get other peoples' loud-mouthed opinions foisted on us all the time--and the society is awash in religious bullshit.

That's not the issue, and you should know better. It's proof that since man is unable to prove there is any god (or any other man-made character that doesn't exist), the logical conclusion is there is no such thing as a god.

You have no logic or ability to reason out simple concepts. A loser by any other name is Anus.

We know that god has been created by man's imagination and that man has also created the tooth fairy but we do not know that there is no creator of this world it is only doubted by the agnostic but it is known with absolute certainty by the atheist and by the creationist! I can only guess that this is because they are both absolutist!

Not sure who you are referring to, but since I am a Christian I assume that includes me. I did not come here to argue.

Strange that almost every religious thread has atheists bouncing in to trash whatever is being said, but take the defensive stance if anybody other than an atheist goes into their thread.

I will leave the thread now so that the atheists can discuss their future in peace.
