@CowDoc,
Why do I have two different scores? 14 in the first one and 19 in the second one?

As for tv, I do have it, it's just in the other room. Dial up here so I dont really care to move around lol. I just like the interaction here that's all.

But at least the Saints won.

@Seed,
I used to have dial up and sympathize.. but a quick substitute for tv is that cbs link. Might have been Tico that told me about it.

@tsarstepan,
Yeah, the weight is on the far end, she says bitterly - when things are easiest.
Kidding, rjb, the weight is fine, I'm just being ornery.

@ossobuco,
I lived most of my entire life with the Red Sox mantra (until the Amazing 2004 season) so I can say it without sarcasm or irony ... "maybe next year?" Wink

@tsarstepan,
I've spent a lot of my life rooting for the 49'ers (as opposed to my long time home team, the los angeles rams, now the even more hapless... actually I didn't dislike the rams because they were hapless back then. I was just sick of hearing about them and not interested). I'm also the type who can pick a team as I'm watching the game, based on no knowledge but what I'm watching right then, so various teams have been favorites if I happened to watch over the years.

Next year, 49'ers. This year, Saints.

@ossobuco,
The 49'ers need to clone either Steve Young or Joe Montana so they can return to their glorious dynastic Super Bowl Empire.

@ossobuco,
Which brings up Favre. Like give me a break. Brees, on the other hand, is interesting.

@ossobuco,
I liked the Bears because of Payton, for example. Also, Singletary.

I don't think the Saints have what it takes to beat the Colts. They barely won today (against a good team, but) with what, 5 turnovers?\

Colts looked fine earlier against a defense which is as tough as the Saints.

@Cycloptichorn,
The colts were iffy this year - I wouldn't be so sure. Ok, so were the saints.

The numbers in tonight's game were interesting - if you look at them, how did the saints win? Might be 'heart', but I'm not all so much on that as an explanation. More touchdowns when necessary.
