Lately I've been watching a lot of porn and last night I watched a particularly disturbing video that I can't seem to get out of my head. I want to forget about it because it's making me feel sick but I can't. Please help I'm only 15 and I'm so scared.

@gummibearbaby,
My suggestion, simple as it sounds, is to find another activity that you see as more wholesome.

(exercise mebbe?)

I also suggest you talk to an adult that you trust about what you saw that is bothering you.

good luck.

@gummibearbaby,
If whatever you watched scared/humiliated/etc you that much then perhaps you should swallow your pride and see a counselor or the school nurse or a school provided therapist (if your in a wealthy enough school district) at school tomorrow.

Don't let anything that you apparently find so traumatic fester too long ... and the first and most helpful thing you could do for yourself is to get help ... even if it seems too embarrassing in the first place.

I know it seems quite easy to protect yourself in such an anonymous state as an internet forum but a meeting with a professional therapist/counselor is the only safe way to actually assuage (lessen) the effects of what you accidentally or intentionally found yourself in (emotionally and otherwise).

The school nurse is there to help you and I'm sure she will act to protect your confidentiality if you have any concerns.

@tsarstepan,
but what if it was some kind of naughty nurse video Shocked Embarrassed

in some ways, the fact that it disturbed you is probably a good thing, more problematic if you found something really horrible interesting

If you are serious, and not just trolling....DON'T try to avoid thinking about it.

Run it over and over in your head until it stops bothering you, and you are bored as hell with it.

If you have someone you really trust, talk it about it with them until you stop reacting to it.

If you think about it long enough, it will stop bothering you, and you won't be obsessed by it.

Then stop watching revolting porn, and go and have fun with friends, or do something else you enjoy.

Plus what Tsarstepan said.

If not trolling, then certainly somewhat narcissistic and attention seeking - started or revived 5 threads on this topic in less than 1 hour.

gummibearbaby, if you mean you feel alarmed because you were jerking off at images of sexual violence or bestiality or something way deviant like that, and you liked it, then maybe you should get medical help before you end up in jail or state hospital, if you viewed some weird stuff & didn't like it and it creeped you out, Hey! you're normal. I think what you chiefly need to do - no, all of what you need to do - is GET OVER YOURSELF. Watch porn. Don't watch porn. Whatever.

stop watching weird ****.

Everyone googles something stupid, freaky, or has that curiosity about something out of the norm. Its no big deal.

I have googled animal porn before because i really did NOT believe people would **** a horse.
Ya know what?

I. will . never. do. that. again. Shocked

And I know now that people will do anything.

This does not make me a sick person, nor does it make me attracted to animals.
I was curious. Didnt believe it. Looked. Now I know.

its pretty normal to look for something so wacky you just cant wrap your head around it. And if you did just that, it SHOULD bother you Laughing

but dont beat yourself up over it. Just like the wabbit said, chew on it.
I had to.
Now it does not bother me.. but still.
That was way too gross for even ME.

And remember, it was a MOVIE, pretend and meant to entertain.

Don't be so hard on yourself.

Put it in its place - and don't go there again.

There are somethings in life left alone.

1 accept it.
2 talk to someone about it.
3 as soon as u feel the need to... do it.... just turn of the computer you are in control of your self nobody else you have the power to turn this off
4 turn to jesus pray to him sincerely and repent he forgives no matter what and ask him for guidence i may sound like a complete idiot but trust me it does help i have not watched for like 2 weeks now since ive been praying a lot more
5 look towards people who have the exact same problem and see what they do to stop watching it
6 look at threads like this to keep your self occupied
