what should i do for these problems ?

hello there , i had a porngraphy and masterbution addiction for a long time but i stoped them for months now .

but i have other problems such as when i masterbute i cum very quickly and i belive it is a psychological and mental issue because it happend a couple of times that i took long time to cum .

onther problem that i feel that my sexual desire and feelings become less than before .

i want to ask people who passed through that and specialist doctors 4 questions :

1- how did they deal with it and what about the results now ?

2- is it enough to stop seeing porngraphy and doing masterbution and after more time my situation will get better?

3- how much time it takes for i can see a progress

4- how was the first real relationship after or during the treatment period ?
