@Region Philbis,
I have to find a pair to wear on Friday.
southie-2-brighton 10k #9! tonight...
another 1 hr 6 min.
felt great until a late stitch in da side cost me a PB...
... the time is right for another southie-2-brighton 10k!
yet
another .1 hr 6 min...
that makes three in a row... i guess that's my pace?
@Region Philbis,
What's your pace on training runs?
@George,
i never time myself for 5k training runs, if that's what you mean...

I do.
That's a good sign by the way. You have not yet entered The Obsession Zone.
I really wish my pedometer app would post my jogging route to Facebook like it's supposed to. It fails every time and yet this is like the top rated workout for Android! I guess I should go with a simpler app that doesn't have all the fancy features.
It's probably good that you're supposed to take it relatively easy and carb load in the week before a NYC marathon.
Wondering if it will still happen, if the route will have to change, if people can get flights, and and and.
Gooooo, JoeN and Thomas....
on Joe's marathon thread (instead of here where it belongs), I accidentally wrote: registration is about 93% full...
@Region Philbis,
I'm carbo-loading in advance of Joe's event (drinking a brew for you).

It just got a little fuller. Rhys and I will look for you there.
Picked up numbers and tees for Rhys and me.
Also got some Santa hats.
Ready to rock.
Sorry guys, it looks like I'll have to skip Somerville. I'm running up against a wall of end-of-year deadlines, and I need to work this weekend again.
Oh, that sucks.
Gonna pick up our bibs 'n tees tomorrow.
