Trying as hard as I could, I could not find anything named for George and Martha Washington.

What's your point? Are you insisting on "name parity" for Martha Washington just because some public elementary school in St. Paul is named for both Barack and Michelle Obama? Who cares? If we found something named for both George and Martha, would that mean there's a Washington personality cult?

Well, I imagine that forming an organization to get Obama's name on at least one notable public landmark in each state might qualify as "Obama worship."
