The Browns are the only team without a logo on their helmets?

. . . and the helmet isn't even brown.

George attempts to mess with my head by using team logos.

I was NOT attempting to mess with your head.
That was just a side benefit.

I think I heard the city of Cleveland's motto is "Keep driving. There is nothing here."

Our National anthem is played here before every high school athletic event, on up.

Blimey!! That's amazing. They say what happens over there happens here within five years but that hasn't happened. Which suggests a conscious choice.

I'll ponder the matter. It is not insignificant.

That's a good motto. I read that the people who found Iceland named it that to discourage others from joining them in a land of free central heating surrounded by a sea full of big fat fish.

Last I heard they were going to put women in charge of the banks on account of the balls-up the chaps had made.

Sweetheart, you need to shut your mouth (or at least your avatar's), otherwise you might be tasting the occasional firefly.

The women WERE in charge of the banks. They went on spending sprees on UK real estate

Oh--I forgot. What's pitchin' woo?

White Lightning is moonshine. Moonshine is illegally produced hard alcohol, still happening in parts of the South. I am surprised, Spendius, that you didn't know that. It shows up in one of the finest American cultural exports ever, the tv show "The Dukes of Hazard."
"Pitchin' woo" is a bit tougher. The songwriter needed 3 syllables that would set up the rhyme a couple of lines later. I think it is meant to invoke an image of a couple of teens sitting on the front porch of the girl's house in the evening. The lad is trying his best to woo the lass, but both of them realize her mom, dad and grandma are not too discreetly peeking through the blinds.
