I thought when I say the 'this is a paid advertisement' it was by a competitor, but then I looked it up (like a good little librarian) - that's a pretty effective way of getting your client feedback attention.

That Jeffrey Dahmer line was funny! So, I had to look it up to be sure -- yep, TW has exactly one and a half stars...just one in some areas.
Must be time to look at some further study fb. My last grad dip was back in 98 and I still have this recurring dream where I've completely forgotten one of four units I need to complete, and am desparately trying to catch up. Never actually happened in real life.
