blood culture indicates I still have an infection (possibly from IV site) no home today, maybe tomorrow , my stress level has gone into over-drive.
Bob, I understand about your stress level but don't push yourself to go home sooner than you should, particularly with septicemia or blood infection. The details of being discharged and then not are kinda confusing but if you really have septicemia (more likely from the urinary track infection than the IV site) then you need to be right where you are.
Am also agreeing with others that this needs to get cleared up before you head home. I hear ya though

Well, that explains why no one was home when I drove to your house at 3 pm this afternoon to welcome you back.

@JPB,
I agree with JPB. One thing that you don't want dys, is to go home, and then have to come back. Better safe than sorry!

in spite of misunderstanding I am not going home without doc's blessing, today I had an ekg whic doc will read in the morning before deciding on ,ending me home, I AM BEINGCOMPLIANTBUT MOST OF YOU A2K POSTERS ARE NOT GETTING ALL THE FACTS PRIOR TO JUDGEMENT.
And if those don't get you to giggle, surely Robin Williams will. If you play these loud enough, maybe they'll send you home sooner. (Pssst, they're not, G rated.)
just now came back from nuclear medicine (CT-IV Scan),the intention is to search for blood clots so they could be filtered before reaching my brain., I have requested valium and pain meds so that I might get a good nights sleepI hoping I go home tomorrow as Lady D may not let me back in the house if I take any longer, I am quite a strain for her to cope with.
