@ossobuco,
Thanks for that Osso! I'll just wish Dys a belated bithday and sit and wait a while.
@littlek,
Hear from Di. She says to let you know the doc thinks it likely that he has a broken hip, with some nerve damage. My uninformed opinion is that this is good news.
@roger,
thanks for letting us know, Rodgie

Is he home or did they keep him to work on his hip?
Yikes - it's just one thing after another!
@Butrflynet,
I didn't get that kind of detail. I think that's the doctor's best guess pending x-ray or other diagnostics. He is home, though. If that's what it is, at least it's something they know how to deal with.
@roger,
sending healing wishes... and strength to both. Thanks Roger. x
@roger,
I always knew the Dys was one hip dude. Thanks for the update, Roger. I was hoping he was able to return home.
@Butrflynet,
Ya know, knowing Bob as I do, I doubt "let" would ever be the operative word.

it was the nerve damage i was thinking of, he's got a lot of nerve, you know
my primary diagnosis is acute crank, probably not stroke, maybe on hip fracture, neural damage. I'm thinking 500 mg's extract of pineal gland should do the trick.
As Lady MacBeth used to say "y'all have a nice day now, y'hear?"
@dyslexia,
this seems like better news, i'm thinking
and am i correct that birthday wishes are in the offing?
if so, happy birthday
A broken hip is good news. As Hamlet's father said, "Life is coitainly strange."
Glad you're home, dys.
I was a little off in the bothday wishes, I think.....
Good to see you Dys!
@dyslexia,
Much better prognosis, dys. Gol dang it.

Those must a been some mighty fine symptoms you were displaying for them to come up with such a diagnosis. Surely you asked for a second opinion. We all know how sweet and loveable you are.
