@chai2,
another thing that's common at the 2-week mark is significant insomnia. All of those nerve endings that have been coated with sludge are starting to clean up and you may have a hard time sleeping for a bit.

This too shall pass.

I have quit a couple of times and then relapsed. Now I am trying to quit again by tapering down. It helps that I don't smoke in my house, car or in hotel rooms. Also, my other 1/2 doesn't smoke. This time I am determined to make it so, good luck and if you fail then try again.

@OGIONIK,
I must have quit 50 times before it TOOK and I stayed quit. I never, ever have the slightest desire for a cigarette and believe me, it took so much work for me to get here, to this place & time in my quitting; where I've been without a cigarette for over 12 yrs & I never crave it AT ALL, never, not even the tiniest little bit,that God has smiled upon me & given me a gift of freedom I never even thought was possible for me. But my friend kept saying: Babs, if you keep on quitting - one of these times it is going to work. Just don't give up trying to quit. So I didn't. Don't you dare trying to stop, no matter if you start back 100 times OK>?? OK! .
