D: completely nuts- wine, a beer at a co-op meeting. Did meet the new member owner who is a eight minute miler. 2 little hamburgers with roasted mushrooms and some cheese...... .

Hi guys - sorry if anyone worried about me. I had a couple of days of computer troubles, then a five day trip to DC to visit my brother and sister-in-law. I gained a pound at last week's weigh-in, and managed to maintain there this week, despite some splurging on vacation. Back on track now food-wise, but I seem to be slow to get back to my exercise groove.

Tuesday
B: Fiber 1, skim milk, grapes
L: leftover chili
S: mini bag of 94% ff popcorn, plus three "fire" crackers and two bites of peach cobbler - these from the ALL DAY POTLUCK BUFFET at work to celebrate a big boss' retirement - it actually continued today
E: 25 min elliptical
D: 1/4 rotisserie chicken, spinach, ff cottage cheese
S: ff yogurt, air popped popcorn

Wednesday
B: none due to fasting for blood work
L: leftover bulgur & veggies
S: mini bag of 94% ff popcorn, grapes
E: 20 min elliptical, 35 min bike
D: 1/4 rotisserie chicken, broccoli, ff cottage cheese
S: ff yogurt, air popped popcorn
