I am so bad. I've been neglectful of this thread throughout the past week or so. I did hit a new low last Friday, but that was before three dinnner parties (and an 18 mile race on Sunday morning) After all that I weight exactly the same as I did last Monday.

Oh...wanted to run the 18 in under three hours.
Did.
2 Hours 59 minutes 43 seconds.
Had to run the last mile at full out to make it.
Best last year's time by 30 minutes.
