It's the weather, George. I just ran 6 miles through the neighborhoods very slowly.
Starting weight 179.3 plus breakfast, finishing weight 175.2.
Four pounds of water per hour -----
I made an embarassing drip-puddle in the lobby while waiting for the elevator.

We had dinner with the bro-in-law and his family. The oldest boy is
off to college. Dinner was at Minado, a Japanese seafood buffet
restaurant. For me, places like this are murder. I always eat way too
much and this time was no exception. When I got on the scale this
morning, I saw a three-pound increase over yesterday. Yikes! My
only consolation is that when I gain a lot suddenly, I am usually able
to get most of it off in a couple of days.

2 slices cinnamon raisin bread toast, buttered
manitaropita, seafood crab cakes, mushroom turnovers (hors doerves
size, 4 each)
a total pig-out at Minado
