@George,
You have such a jolly dietary mode, George..

Yesterday was some coffee as usual, and 1 thin slice ham and some garlic olive oil/red wine vinegar dressing on a piece of hearth bread toast - for breakfast/brunch.

big fat bowl of tomatoes, olives, pickled garlic, olive oil, vinegar, lot of garden basil, semi concrete mozzarella, slivers of a half slice of packaged ham-foo (too damned sweet).

pineapple coconut jemex nectar, diluted a lot, ice alot.

glass marsala on ice

potato chips... agggggg. Followed by ants this morning. There IS punishment for sin.

I do have some good-sort of chocolate in the refrigerator. I consider it health and heart food (see recent article on chocolate and heart attacts, probably in bbc news or maybe the guardian). I was guilty enough after the chips episode, without breaking into that - since I really don't believe all that health stuff, I just think chocolate is lascivious.

My new life motto.
B: Banana, coffee
E: ran New York City Half Marathon in 2:10:19. A new PR
S: Um, An apple, lots of water, some kind of energy gumball, and more water. I don't suppose a ice-watered filled towel on the back of your neck counts as a snack, but it felt like one.
L: half a thin crust pizza, diet coke
S: bag of pretzels
D: steak and brocolli and a glass of wine.
380/178.5/-21.6 Trend line is down for 3 days.
