I need that right time. I have been falling victim to my own compulsions of late.
B: Cereal, water, coffee
R: ran 13.1 miles in 2:21 pretty lazily except for the last two and half miles when my object in life was to get it done.
S: two muffins (compulsion)
L: a bit of cheese on spinach, one beer
D: boiled shrimp and a beer.
Walked up the hill to get a ice cream sundae, took the train to the park to watch the boats go by.
371/181.2/yep. that's about five pounds up in the past week. sheesh.
