Blueberries, fresh, 0.5 cup
Jams, preserves, jelly, 1 tbsp
Jif Creamy Peanut Butter, reduced fat, 1 tbsp

Lunch: Tortilla, 1 serving
Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 ounces
Peppers, sweet, red, 1 cup
Onion, cooked, 1 cup
Guacamole, 2 tbsp
Balsamic Vinaigrette, 2 tbsp
Romaine Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded
Dinner: Bulgur, cooked, 1 cup
Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 8 oz
14 oz mixed greens salad
Atlantic Salmon (fish), 4 oz
Broccoli, 1 cup
Fat Free Cheddar, 1 oz
Fruit Salad, 0.25 cup
Snack: Fruit Salad, 0.25 cup
Yogurt, Stonyfield Farm fat free plain (6 oz)
Apples, fresh, 1 medium

We went to Providence and walked around for 2 1/2 hrs yesterday (including about 20 - 30 minutes of sprinting to catch a train). Plus you see what I ate. And so of course I've gained almost a pound.
Now, I recognize that daily weighing is bad, and I generally don't do it. I'm just frustrated. If this holds, I will still be down for the week, but this is getting to be painfully slow and maddeningly unreliable.
