a bit of grilled asparagus salad, sliced garden tomato, 6 Mezzetta garlic olives, 1 slice mortadella, small bit cheddar cheese

sm. sandwich of roast beef (packaged icky stuff) on whole wheat with small amt mayo, yack

1 bourbon on much ice

Didn't post everything from Friday.
Dinner w/ Roberta, Shewolf, Thomas and Kicky showed up later too.
Too much food. Onion soup, bread, nice piece of fish and wine. Then later we went to Cafe Lalo for dessert. uuufff.

Then yesterday,
B: cereal, coffee, fruit
L: roast beef on a bagel, diet coke
E: walked about 1.1 miles
D: chicken leg and a bagel and wine.
hmmmm should I start the year over? Nah.
366/177.8/ that's up but this is going to be a hard week.
And no dinner invitations until Thursday...... .

We went to Providence and walked around for 2 1/2 hrs yesterday (including about 20 - 30 minutes of sprinting to catch a train). Plus you see what I ate. And so of course I've gained almost a pound.

Now, I recognize that daily weighing is bad, and I generally don't do it. I'm just frustrated. If this holds, I will still be down for the week, but this is getting to be painfully slow and maddeningly unreliable.

There's something to be said for 2 1/2 hrs of walking in the sun in Providence on Saturday. It paid off.

woke up to a fat bowl of oatmeal with rasberrries, had an egg burrito (cheese eggs chorizo sausage and tapatio with flour tortilla)

ate 3 cup of soup things.

It'll come. The weather is partly to blame, too.

Lunch yesterday was a company thing at a restaurant. I had an Asian salad, hold the fried noodles, with dressing on the side. Except for one guy who had swordfish skewers, I think it was the healthiest thing anyone ate. Smile

Oh yeah and I ran for the bus yesterday afternoon. I not only caught it but feel no ill effects from that.

Yesterday:
Breakfast: 2 Instant Oatmeal packets
Fish Oil Capsule

Lunch: Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 ounces
Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 cups, shredded
Peanuts, all types, dry-roasted (with salt), 1 oz

Dinner: Slow Cooker Jambalaya, 1 serving
Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
14 oz mixed greens salad

Snack: Cheerios Cereal, 1 cup
Apples, fresh, 1 medium
Fruit Salad, 1.25 cup
Yogurt, Stonyfield Farm fat free plain (6 oz)

breakfast: homemade blueberry pancakes, 1 was undercooked but oh my god guys, best pancakes ive ever had from home.

lunch: naked juice - protein

didnt eat anything after that. :/
