Very tired on Friday, but worked all day putting furniture together for the roof deck.
Thought myself entitled to a pizza snack.

prosciutto and monterey jack cheese and sweet red pepper relish "baked" ital bread sandwich (well, 2/3s, as I stored 1/3 of it).

Hi guys. I'm glad to see you're still working on this project.

Eating whatever sounded good (and walking enough to make up for it) was perhaps the best part of my vacation. I gained one pound while I was gone (which is certainly within normal fluctuations anyway). I'm back to tracking, but I'm having trouble getting back to my previous level of discipline. So far, the scale is staying steady, but I know it's a matter of time before it starts moving in the wrong direction.
