@Joe Nation,
- always the same number of days as Joe Nation - same weight as when I started, which is better than up.

One coffee and 3/4 tsp sugar

apple torta, warmed

disappointing gelato (er, gelati, chocolate lavender and pistachio) - so badly not from Giolitti on via uffizi vicario in Roma. <sobs>

herbal tea

two fat bowls of leftover-leftover soup (this ravioli tomato onion pancetta soup inspires me to get out the ravioli making stamps. First two times I've tried making ravioli, I've developed good looking but grande leaking ravioli, so sad. Have to try it again.)

two bourbons and chocolate milks on cascades of ice

@ossobuco,
Note on exercise - I've turned back into the mad rock collector from my yard. Much sturm and drang with my roiling emotions about the neighborhood's idiot sleaze developer. If you notice I'm extra crabby..
