cooked shrimp marinated in olive oil, garlic, tomato sauce/microwaved

small bottle perrier

new strange soup - this time 1/2 red bhutan rice, simmered in lot of water, with a package of trader joe's dal makhani (tomatoes, black lentils, red kidney beans, butter, ginger, salt, cottonseed oil, garlic, coriander, cumin, black pepper, red chili powder, cinnamon, cardamon, clove) plus leftovers from a lunch at a fifties cafe in Abq (onions, carrots, green beans, mushrooms, some meatloaf).

1 chocolate chip walnut cookie

glass run, choc milk, lotta ice

played simultaneously on different tabs. Not as hard as that sounds because your opponents take minutes between moves or words. I vacuumed the apartment and put away the laundry while waiting.

So yesterday was weird because I had to work from 7:30AM until 7:30pm (one of the other managers is on vacation in Mexico. arrgh.)
AND our computers went wacko AND one of my steadiest co-workers was trying to fax Puerto Rico about some house deal and kept screwing up everything else. AHEM. and I forgot it was my birthday. I've never done that before.
(Is that meaningful? ,,,,,.... nah.)
anyway.
I forgot to post on Weight Commander (go find it online)

Today, when I did post my message to myself popped up.
Last year on my birthday I predicted that my weight (Then 204) would be 180.
I'm 182.4

Interestingly enough, despite not behaving myself very well this week, I am only up a half a pound.

l: turkey and some kind of Russian cheese I bought up the hill @ Moscow on the Hudson. E: 4.1 miles and a lot of that was stopping to take pictures.
