@mac11,
Wednesday Feb 11

coffee x 2, 1 tsp sugar total

potato sardine fish cake (a new concoction) (7 of them now in the freezer)

Strange Soup - made from leftover spinach from a strange and humongous calzone I ordered earlier in the week, with a little cheese from that since I couldn't totally separate them -
dilute chicken broth, the white bean spread I'd made previously.. involving pesto and olive oil and a can of white beans, the tomato sauce that went with the calzone, and broken up linguine. Sort of a pasta e fagioli/minestrone.
(Threw away the calzone crust and most of what looked like a mozzarella mountain)

Roast chicken sandwich on cracked wheat bread/mayo

chardonnay du jour on ice x 2

I'm really enjoying the plain yogurt and just throwing in whatever I want to. Usually ground cinnamon goes in with the fruit. Plus we have various fat-free/sugar-free extracts. I'm saving about 40 - 60 calories by eating this way.
