Shewolf- Sisters doc thought she had an ulcer a couple of weeks ago. Ended up being pancreatitis. Bear ignored ulcer like symptoms and we know where he ended up a few years ago. Don't fail to follow up just because the pain is easing.

Everyone is being so good here! Congrats to all!

L: Chicken Cabbage Curry Soup (Homemade and gawd was it good!)
S: Nonni's Biscotti - plain
D: 3 oz hamburger patty, 1 cup instant mashed potatos, 1/4 cup green beans.
S: Coffee and a 2" dark chocolate brownie (or maybe 3" - I didn't bother measuring.)

@shewolfnm,
Sounds like salt, Joe. So not just cheese -- if you're eating canned stuff, see if you can rinse it a bit. Lots and lots of salt in the canning process. There's some in the commercial freezing process as well.

b- tried to eat some raisin bran. But since I canned using soy milk, I learned that I can not stomach the taste of cow milk. So my breakfast was about 3 bites of cereal, and an hour of pouting. HA

lunch- went to the bulk section in Sunharvest and got - blueberries, papitas, bananas, apples, foaccia bread, muenster cheese, and a pear.
Snacked on that bunch of food for about 5 hours.

d- grazing again.. a few papitas, 3 scones, veggie booty

late snack - shared some nachos with cheese and had one Dos Eqquis beer.

exercise - getting my friend addicted to hooping Smile And a little hooping in the morning myself.

Yesterday was the gathering (the meal was lunch). I had none of the appetizers and just drank water (lots of it). Long time before we were served, but the company was good. I endured (ended up eating a broccoli floret off RP's plate, hence the small amount of broccoli and cheese sauce).

But it all paid off this morning.

I had had 2 weeks of gains. Not this week, baby.

Original weight: 346.0
Current weight: 219.0
Difference from last week: down 4.0 lbs.
Overall difference: 127.0 lbs.

I need to go to more gatherings. Shocked
