sensible foods apple harvest, 1 serving

Asparagus, fresh, 4 spears
Sneaky Apple Onion Salad, 2 servings

CALORIES 1737 CARBS 308 g FAT 31 g PROTEIN 75 g Sodium 1881 mg

Carbs were high; I ran out of regular chicken and ate the riblet instead. It was okay and I'd've rather not had the carb blowout. Ah well. Off to the store today, gonna definitely stock up on the easy to make chicken.

Yes.
Weighted.
It helps to tone the muscles and makes the work out harder. Since I -love- hooping beyond any measure of sanity, it only makes sense to me to turn it into a work out.
so far so good.
I can feel the muscles in my back and along my ribs now. But wow.. its hard.

I seem to have all but kicked my sickness too. The more I work out, the better I feel.

exercise today- new heavy hoop + arm weights.

Food yesterday-

b- oats and coffee

l- salad bar. I ate a ton, but I only ate veggies and green stuff.
Shared a bit of ice cream for desert. ( about 4 bites , Jillian ate the rest Wink )

d- home made pizza made of yellow squash . Cooked like eggplant pizza yet we use large overly juicy tomatoes on top of the slices of squash to soften up the yellow and green squash.
Friiiiikkkkkken yummy.

Mac - is there a recipe for that inside out eggroll casserole from Saturday?

Coffee
small plain bagel w/ cream cheese
4 slices bacon
cup brown rice
grilled chicken breast cut up into rice and covered with hot sauce
(a craving. I go with HOT when there is no chocolate in the house)

Stuck at 179, but I haven't been diligent for the past week. Ready to get back with the program now.
