@dagmaraka,
Nutella -- the metaphysical glue keeping body and soul together
@George,
what ees this nutella?
is it available in the styx?
(I need some glue)
@Rockhead,
Today was the other half of the Subway sandwich.
Meantime - nutella. Not an intricate concoction, just primal hazelnuts and chocolate. Available in many styx. Watch out.

Wow!
I ..... LOVE....... IT.!
I have gone for 4 hours at most .
And I dont mean 4 hours with large breaks. I mean.. the breaks I take are just slowing the hoop down and letting it float on my hips , or in my hands.
I have a crowd of fans here in the apartment complex. HA.
They come out to watch with their lawn chairs because I dance so long.
I feel amazing. I think it looks amazing.. but when I am done, I can not walk.
It is the single most difficult exercise i have done in my entire life.
Try it
@shewolfnm,
I tried it a gazillion years ago.
I couldn't even do it then when I was young and limber.
I wouldn't try it now without an EMT standing by.
