yes. was staying late in the office...plan was to get something sensible on the way home, but by the time i got out, everything sensible was closed... life....goes on.

Today was the other half of the Subway sandwich.

Meantime - nutella. Not an intricate concoction, just primal hazelnuts and chocolate. Available in many styx. Watch out.

I have gone for 4 hours at most .
And I dont mean 4 hours with large breaks. I mean.. the breaks I take are just slowing the hoop down and letting it float on my hips , or in my hands.

I have a crowd of fans here in the apartment complex. HA.
They come out to watch with their lawn chairs because I dance so long.

I feel amazing. I think it looks amazing.. but when I am done, I can not walk.
It is the single most difficult exercise i have done in my entire life.
