Bean Soup (slow cooker), 1 serving
Guacamole, 1 T

Snack: 1 c mixed fruit
Stonyfield Farm Fat Free lemon, 6 oz
Apples, fresh, 1 medium

CALORIES 1576 CARBS 261 g FAT 29 g PROTEIN 56 g Sodium 1889 mg

Probably was a larger serving of couscous than I recorded.

Well joe, there's grits, and there's grits.

many grits, like instant, I wouldn't say in the same sentence as. Polenta.

The best grits I ever had was right in Manhatten last time I visited. They were devine. No idea of the name of the resturant, some place on a Sunday morning with a high turnover of tables and a lot of satisfied people. I had egg in a hole, grits and coffee. I'll ask a friend if he remembers the name of the place.

Baked Potato, with skin, 1 medium
1/4 serving bean soup

Dinner: 14 oz mixed greens salad
Primavera (1 c. mixed vegs w/light tom sauce), 1 serving
Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 ounces

Pasta, cooked, 3 oz

Snack: 1 c mixed fruit
1 pear
Stonyfield Farm Fat Free lemon, 6 oz
