Hmmmm these numbers say it's day 73, ,,, George weighs 170.00 (skinny bastard) the 22.O is how much he owes me re: the American League Playoffs and the 56.9 is the temperature of the cider.

Joe (fahrenheit naturalmente)Nation

I can't believe I actually wrote those down.

We've got this digital scale that tells you not only your weight but also your
body fat percentage and body water percentage. I've been recording them
because I am suspicious of their accuracy. Those numbers say I have 22.0%
body fat (too high!) and 56.9% body water (too low!).

oops.
I have forgotten about this.

yesterday-

scrambled eggs ( 4 shared ) with red bell pepper + 1 yellow squash and about 1/4 cup of spinach cooked in

1 cup of yogurt

dinner-
2 tortillas 1/2 cup beans 1 whole tomato
1/4 cup of cheese
taco bell sauce.

1 small apple

I have not weighed in a couple of weeks, but I am down yet another clothing size. Im heading to goodwill today to find at least 2 pairs of jeans that will stay on my body.
When I drop a size, that usually means about 10-14lbs loss..

@shewolfnm,
I've been finding this really helpful shewolf.

It's like confession is good for the soul.

I'm not going to lie and not write something down what I ate, and do I really want to have to tell joe nation and the rest of the gang I ate pork rinds?

(not that I'd eat pork rinds anyway, in my mind those stand for the most disgustingly bad food in the world....fried pig fat and skin....mmmmm....yum)

how do you fry fat?

@chai2,
Crispy (not that I do that..)
Well, that's not true, I buy bacon about once every six months, small package, divide into other small packages, sometimes saute two and stick the crumbled bacon in a bean soup, or a lettuce and tomato sandwich.

yesterday... seems so far away:

77/154/151/-3 (yawn)

2 coffees, 1 tsp sugar

wedge/baked eggs

tuna with some water, some mayo, bits of chopped cabbage, chopped bamboo shoots, dash of curry, dash of chile pepper - on sunflower seed mix wheat toast

2 handfuls spiced toasted almonds

water

big bowl of farfalle with ginger, lox, basil sauteed in butter + olive oil mix, lime juice after pasta added

glass pinot noir
