@ossobuco,
I guess I should mention that I take fish oil capsules too - but I snip the capsule and put the fish oil into soups. I asked the pharmacist about fish oil and heat, no problem if it's out of the capsule. I worked this out since I hate taking big pills.

@ossobuco,
Yeah, this is fresh local cider.

I drank it cold last night.
Tonight I plan to warm it up and add a dash of cinnamon (and rum).

Hmmmm these numbers say it's day 73, ,,, George weighs 170.00 (skinny bastard) the 22.O is how much he owes me re: the American League Playoffs and the 56.9 is the temperature of the cider.

Sneaky Apple Onion Salad
Ingredients
Apples, fresh, 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (I prefer Gala apples; just make sure it's sweet -- don't use a Granny Smith for this)
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (I prefer vidalias)
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1/2 cup, rough chopped (grape tomatoes are good)
Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp
Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp (rough chopped or torn)
Cumin seed, 2 tsp

Carbohydrates: 5.1 g
Calories:21.9
Protein: 0.4 g

Fiber: 0.9 mg

Rough chop the vegetables and fruit and add them to a container. Add the spices and the vinegar. Cover the bowl tightly and shake vigorously.

Makes 8 servings if you're eating it as a relish. You could eat it as a regular salad, too. Hint: it gets better the longer it marinates, so the second day is better than the first.
Number of Servings: 8 (about 1/2 cup)

@jespah,
Cottage cheese, 2 tomaotes and a Doctor Kracker
Flax Oil

Amy's Macaroni and soy cheese
bunch of baby carrots

plum

12 inch tuna sub with all the veggies
I have no problem making choices other than land animals, but I just love fish so much, I'm going to leave that decision for another day.

jes - I make something like your apple onion salad, different proportions, i.e. more tomato....and I add artificial crab. Very good.

@chai2,
It is yummy -- I'll have to try the crab, too. It's just the world's easiest thing to make and we end up eating it like it was ice cream.
