I will not be specific, however my macronutrient ratio is 65% carbohydrates, 20% protein, and 15% essential fatty acids.

Also, my carbohydrates are almost entirely fruit and vegatable based.

At 62kg, I have an average of 7% body fat composition, and 87% muscle mass.

I also practice intermitted fasting.
