Don't know what I weigh today - probably gained ten pounds day before yesterday when I ate one of a new batch of pumpkin cupcakes (not horrible in themselves, made with veg oil and reduced sugar, but wait) - warm - with cream cheese vanilla powdered sugar frosting. I rarely eat anything that fulsomely sugary-fatsy.

Yesterday -

2 coffees, black
leftover 1/2 BLT from the flying star - Applewood bacon, the usual wretched tomato slice, good lettuce, great rye bread, mayo but not all that much. Gave birds the top bread half.

2 scrambled medium eggs w/tad o.oil, curry pdr, pepper and 1/2 manyseed bagel toasted. Not a bagel like the bagels of my life of yore, but fantastic relative to most bagels available here in sandville. (Flying Star bakery)

Pellegrino/orange squeeze x 2 or 3 (some minerals for me)

Dr. Kracker seed crackers with smashed sardine (louisiana hot sauce) - mayo mix.

cheap red wine with ice x 2
