Yes, I saw that..
I ended up only making one loaf since I caused such a mess trying to mix the ingredients quickly, and had to add more buttermilk in a hurry since I'd used some spelt in the flour mix (or maybe some other reason, whado I know), flour flour everywhere..
the loaf came out looking like hell, and not quite done inside (next time 450 and then 400, she says), was a little hard to slice, and tasted wonderful.
Think I'll use the rest of it in my version of the old joy of cooking blender cheese souffle. That recipe turns into six breakfasts..

another burrito with side of enchilada sauce
2 coffees, tad sugar
water with lemon/ice
chocolate chip raisin almond coconut oatmeal cookie
another coffee
one raw carrot
slice of soda bread, butter
renovated noodle mushroom soup - added scant enchilada sauce, some cloves of roasted garlic, some thawed pureed black beans, more chicken broth and chopped up pasta cooked separately, four diced up thawed small ital meatballs - lots of soup left
2 glasses chard
