Tabouleh usually has parsley (sometimes a lot, if you make your own) - maybe not an official vegetable but nice and good for you
Black beans are veggies (in my opinion)
Me, yesterday, I ate too little -
besides coffee, waters with lemon and ice, red wine diluted and then on ice -
pan bigio toast with schmear of butter (it's a homemade mixed grain sourdough bread, thick and dense, or at least mine is)
bowl of drained water based artichoke hearts in a bit of olive oil/vinegar/parsley/basil
big bowl of capellini with clam-anchovy-garlic-rosemary- sl. chile pepper, wine, chicken stock sauce
big bowl of frozen (thawed) green peas with 1 tbs olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper
orange
