Hey there RP! How the heck are ya?
I fell right back out of this habit when I got busy last week. Then went out of town for our annual family reunion. In Minneapolis this year - the planning committee was hoping for decent summer weather, but they were having a heat wave! I had planned to relax my rules for the trip, but I went a little crazy the first day and had to settle back down. Only gained 0.8, so not bad.
Tuesday

E: 10 min elliptical, 20 min bike
S: ff cottage cheese, nectarine
D: 1/4 rotisserie chicken, broccoli
S: lite string cheese, cherries
Wednesday

L: chicken barley chili
S: grapes
E: 15 min elliptical, 20 min bike, weights
S: ff cottage cheese
D: 1/4 rotisserie chicken, broccoli
S: lite string cheese, apple
