Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup

Dinner: Skiness fried chicken, 4 oz
Broccoli, 1 cup
Skim milk, 1 C
14 oz mixed greens salad
Baked potato with skin, large

Snack: Stonyfield yogurt, ff peach
Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup
90 calorie fiber bar

osso, I agree about fruit being too expensive, but I'm eating plenty of it ever since Weight Watchers declared it to be a zero point food. All I want to eat in this heat is fruit & dairy. It is hard to get interested in heating anything.

B: banana, ff cottage cheese
E: walked 1:20 early in the day
L: snap peas, brown rice, a little ham
S: lite string cheese, apple
D: 1/4 rotisserie chicken (white), grapes
