This non repentent nun is a horrible example, but I will get better.

Actually yesterday:

Early: 1 egg (from pastured chickens) omelet with turkey bacon, onions, peppers.
A lot of coffee (I never count)
@10am - Gala apple
@ 1pm - homemade backed turkey breast rolled up with some swiss (I don't believe in low-fat) with a crappy winter tomato, mixed lettuce, homemade mayo, mustard. I think I ate two plus an extra slice of cheese.
@ 3pm - Small bran muffin with raisins I stole from my husband's stash
@4pm - cut up orange (had too many pits) and a handful of toasted almonds
Dinner @ 6:30 - Spicy lemon grass soup and coconut pad-thai made with lot's of veggies over low-carb Dreamfield's pasta. Admit I snacked on the veggies i was cutting up and ran my finger around the can top of the coconut milk to get a big blob of the creamy part.
@8pm Chai tea with a splash of milk and more toasted almonds.

Started learning some new exercises using a 6 lb sand ball at t'ai chi. You might be surprised at how heavy 6 pounds is when you're holding it extended over your head and in a low squat. I'm liking it though and the equipment is certainly portable.
