last wedge of a sweet ricotta torte with dried fruit (plums/raisins/cranberries). Got to make that again with half the sugar.

Last of the Jim Lahey style wheat bread toast with a little pepperjack cheese and meatloaf (original was ground beef w/bulgar taboulleh instead of bread crumbs + egg + 1/3 can of enchilada sauce )

Leftover spaghetti with a reduced half and half/butter/blue cheese sauce. Mmmmmmm.

Not good enough on the veggies yesterday.

Three glasses dilute Jemex pineapple papaya juice, squeezed blood orange, topped with pellegrino, later just pellegrino

I had a transient moment of a new low this week too. Then I sat on my duff for two days and ate a bunch of junky foods. This always happens when I get stressed with work. I sit too much and I eat the wrong things at the wrong times.

I crossed the 100 mile mark on my virtual walk yesterday. I'm in the middle of farmland as far as the eye can see in any direction, about 50 miles north of Champaign IL. I've decided to try to get to Paducah, KY by July 4th (390 miles total). That's an average of 3.2 miles/day from here on out. Maybe... we'll see.

B:mixed berry smoothie with whey protein powder and flax oil
S:large plum
L:this and that out of the fridge and cupboard
S:cheese and crackers
D:cheese souffle, mixed salad with dried cherries, cranberries, walnuts and herb dressing
A:no
E: walked 3.2 miles, biked 1.5 miles.
BP: 123/66

Week 7: -13.5 lbs total, walked 92.0 miles total, s-bp spiked back up into the 150s (not good) but back down into the 120s.

Big breakfast, medium lunch, tiny dinner. May want to have a little more for dinner, but exercise afterwards. Also don't go to bed until 2-4 hours after eating.
