@JPB,
Ok, break's over. Time to get this show back on the road. I got derailed by Mardi Gras and then had M home for nearly two weeks which means I had lots of junk food in the house. Then I got serious and spent most of last week getting back on track. I'm pretty much back to where I was on the morning of Mardi Gras and I'm ready to carry on.

A:no
E: 5 miles on the treadmill, 10.5 miles on the bike, 20 min dance video (one of my favorite movies was on tv at the club. I stayed for 2.5 hours).
BP: 123/59

Week 7: -13.5 lbs total, walked 92.0 miles total, s-bp spiked back up into the 150s (not good) but back down into the 120s.

We've got some travel coming up in a couple weeks so I'm looking to be diligent until then.

Thank you!
