@JPB,
We all have yesterdays like that JPB Very Happy -- speaking of which...

oatmeal, almonds, cottage cheese
coffee and skim

whole wheat toast (1) smothered in leftover chicken broth and roasted onions
an orange
tea and skim
3 oatcakes and peanut butter (um, and butter -- am I the only person that thinks peanut butter AND butter is just the most sinfully delicious combination?)

BBQ ginger marmalade chicken
rice
roasted veggies
red wine
rhubarb pudding with scoop of vanilla ice cream
butter tart squares
decaf tea and skim
toblerone

See?

Everything eaten yesterday?

Too late, I've just flushed.

Should I have a go at working from memory instead?

@Old Goat,
Sure, a lot of us do that..

Yesterday - 146, the new usual

3 coffees, 1 1/2 tsp sugar total
molasses ginger almond cookie

bowl of fish soup - onions, tin of somewhat cut up sardines in louisiana hot sauce, green beans, diced carrot, some leftover diced red potato, some cut up spaghetti, bit of anchovy, broth from shrimp peelings that had been frozen.

three pieces of marinated artichoke hearts, 5 olives

1/2 toasted half hamburger bun with schmear of sardine/cream cheese spread - next time I'll add half the cream cheese to the same tin of sardines, or maybe 2/3. (fish day at my house..)

last slice of meatloaf (onions/chipotle in adobo)

1 whisky on ice
gerolsteiner water

@jespah,
Yep, this was an instant replay of the day before, but instead of shoveling snow and walking, I did an hour of circuit training at the Y. Today I'm back to walking, see if my neighbors shovelled.

Day 331 and I'm back down to my lowest pre-Christmas weight (for a day anyway). To celebrate I mindlessly snacked...

Canadian bacon (2)
1 egg, 1 egg white
tomato
coffee and skim

wafer cookie thingys

beef barley vegetable soup
low fat cheddar
apple

whole wheat toast with peanut butter

oatcakes (4) and butter

roast chicken (no skin) and pear compote
1/2 sweet potato (butter)
green beans (butter)
1 olive
spoonful pickled beets

square dark chocolate
decaf tea and skim

Took the butter out of the freezer on the weekend to make a dessert for company. Will be glad when it's gone -- even if that means I have to finish it today :-)
