145.... steady as she goes:

1 So and So's baked pancake (like dutch babies) with maple syrup - who knew the last of my maple syrup (gads, that's expensive) would dehydrate/freeze at the back of the fridge..
next time I'll go back to my old dutch babies recipe, and resort to lemon and powdered sugar

cheese and pumpkin seed crackers
bunch of oil type olives
lemon-water
some salted roasted peanuts; sorry I discovered those. Have to wean myself to unsalted.
