I hear ya on the hoped-for downward slide. I've been plateauing (not to discourage you) for the better part of 7 months. Yeah, really.

Yesterday:

Cheerios Cereal, 1 cup (1 serving)

I'm just annoyed with myself because I can't get back down to the low I hit before Christmas (mindless/stress eating). I wouldn't mind losing another 10 pounds just to give myself some wiggle room re: the BMI. (I was gonna say "give myself a cushion" but that's hardly what I mean!) I should, of course, be happy that I'm not gaining.

Yesterday:

2 pancakes (made with added protein powder)
strawberries and maple syrup
coffee and skim

chicken noodle soup and crackers
apple
tea and skim
2 biscotti (they're gone again -- must stay strong :-) !)

cocoa

lean pork chop baked with onion, green peppers and lingonberries
brown rice
peas

small square dark chocolate

apple

Oh, it's Day 316 and I'm down 34 pounds over all.
