1 slice apple torte (golden delicious apples w almonds this time), 2 coffees, 1/2 tsp sugar total

heaping bowl of tabbouleh (parsley, couscous, chopped red onion, lemon, olive oil, drained ital herb stewed tomatoes)

6 crackers/6? oil 'brined' black olives

two molasses almond cookies

same big bowl, but this time with vegetable noodle soup

1 rum and chocolate milk
