B - 2 coffees, 1 tsp sugar total
1 cocoa/blueberry/walnut muffin (small)

L - small bowl of the Panzade coleslaw (cabbage/onion/carrots/pepperoncini w/dressing); 1 cut of steak, trimmed for gristle parts, sauteed in canola with some shakes of Iguana hot sauce - no idea number of ounces, but low.
2 glasses water with lemon squeeze

D - soup -
Sauteed onions, garlic, scads of mushrooms, can of stewed tomatoes mexican style (said to be some green pepper and celery in there and I doubt it), 2 cans water, leftover homemade white beans (some carrots in there), a previously cooked piece of bacon torn up, and some handfuls of broken up spaghettini, pepper - a little black, some red flakes, pinch of dried mexican oregano.

yesterday, green smoothie - dandelion, a metric TON of spinach, cucumber, over ripe soft black banana + a little water. Blend it up, drink it Smile


Lunch-
a head of broccoli, 2 green squash, 1 carrot, a scoop of rice, and I shared some of Jillians shredded beef

a couple pieces of frozen chocolate
bag of popcorn

And my usual coffee in the morning, and I had another banana for a snack with Jillian later in the day.
