Hey Beth, that soup business really works. I made a crock pot of chicken, veg, barley soup and I've been taking it every day to work for the last couple of weeks. I'm down 3 lbs without even thinking about it. Another 10 pounds should see me safely inside my optimum BMI zone although I'm in no rush. (I read somewhere that after a "certain age" women can have a pretty face or a great ass but not both. Decisions, decisions Cool )
