sliced banana and 2% milk
tuna with mayo/one chopped water chestnut/one sliced peperoncini/ two diced small pickle slices - on wasa crackers
pellegrino + squeezed lime
homemade (home sweetened) peach iced tea

half a homemade pizza, which had fresh bocconcini, sliced monterey jack, 1 diced slice of genoa salami, 1 artichoke heart (canned in water), some very drained canned diced tomatoes with garlic, batch of chopped up kalamata olives, dusting of parmigiano
