Yesterday I went to an actual work meeting (I will post on the Dispatches topic about it). Only ate the fruit salad I'd brought (they were having beef burgers/franks; I don't eat any of that). Hence I ended up with another day of undereating. Oh and they also gave me a teeny tiny espresso at 3:20 PM or so, which means I didn't sleep. Wired. Eek.
