Yesterday - two coffees and splashes
sesame semolina toast with mayo (diluted with chopped jalapeno/juice and added garlic), thin cheddar, 1 slice pepperoni

scoop of lemon panna cotta (made w/half and half, moderate sugar, gelatin, lemon. vanilla)
orange
almonds (uh, 15)
a few calamata olives

meatloaf (beef/mild ital sausage, chopped onion, egg, bread crumbs, chipotle in adobo, capers chopped, red wine, chicken stock, s & p), 1/2 small roasted red potato, spinach sauteed in wee butter/olive oil/garlic.

Yeah, I'm at the bottom but that's still my second-best time ever. For the first race of the year, I was hoping to break 50 minutes and I came fairly close to breaking 40. W00p! Next one is 5/1! Smile
