Running well and then feeling privileged to eat whatever is not a successful strategy.
B: Grapefruit, toast, coffee
L: chicken and left over gravy(!)
E: ran three miles/did push-up and crunches
D: lamb and rice and a beer.
S: two brownies from the party (all gone now)

yesterday, 149 again.

1 coffee, 3/4 tsp sugar
1 slice hmade bread piled with leftover sauteed onion/pepper/small amt of mustard, lemon
pasta con le sarde (spaghettini, more of those leftover onions, a tin of sardines in louisiana hot sauce with the hot sauce washed off (like it, but all the additives, oy), olive oil, capers, 1/4-1/2 c of fresh parsley, some pasta water)

glass chocolate lf milk

another piece of hmade bread with mushed blue cheese bits

big carb day, I see..
