Okay, two weeks ago, gained 3.10 pounds
Last week, lost........ 3.1 pounds
Where's that jogging in place music?

E: ran Half Marathon...trotted merrily through the course.
L: Bag of pretzels, one recovery drink that I have avoid because it tasted sooooooo good...(I quess anything would at the end of 13.1 miles.)
D: Chicken fajitas and 2 glasses of wine, chocolate dessert.
